MONROE TOWNSHIP, SNYDER COUNTY — A manager at a Take 5 oil change business is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from his employer. NorthcentralPA.com reports that 36-year-old Jerel Gilbert was charged following an investigation at the North Susquehanna Trail location.
State Police say a company executive discovered multiple forced credits and manually entered refunds while reviewing financial records. Investigators alleged more than $3,800 was taken beginning as early as June. Gilbert faces eight felony theft charges. He was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
