DANVILLE — Cole’s Hardware is turning a fall shopping promotion into support for local children learning to swim. The company says its “Beyond the Bucket” campaign next month will benefit swim programs across the Susquehanna Valley.
Cole’s says, through 20, customers can buy a five-dollar Cole’s bucket and receive 15 percent off their order. Cole’s says every dollar from bucket sales will go to participating swim programs.
The company will also match donations up to $10,000. Beneficiaries include the YMCA branches in Berwick, Bloomsburg, Lewisburg, Sunbury, Milton and eastern Lycoming County along with the Danville Area Community Center.
