LEWISBURG — It’s been a good year for fundraising at Bucknell.
Bucknell University says it completed the most successful fundraising year in school history. Donors contributed about $145 million in gifts and pledges during the 2026 fiscal year.
The total was nearly twice the previous year and surpassed Bucknell’s earlier fundraising record of about $114 million. University officials say 131 donors gave at least $100,000, while more than 9,000 contributed less than $1,000.
Bucknell’s endowment received a record infusion of about $40 million. The university says donations also created 28 new endowed scholarships and supported research, academic programs, internships, and other student opportunities.
