LEWISBURG — Cat lovers can walk, run, swim, bike or crawl nine miles this month to help local cats. Cherished Cats is holding its seventh annual Nine Miles for Nine Lives challenge. Participants can finish all nine miles at once or spread them throughout August. The cost is $25 and supports cats across the Susquehanna Valley.
Awards will recognize top walkers, runners, cyclists, swimmers and fundraisers. Everyone completing the challenge receives a swag bag from The Scratching Post cat cafe.
