The Daily Item reports a former judicial law clerk is behind bars in Union County after he was taken into custody on Tuesday. The newspaper reports 67-year-old Keith Kendall of Lewisburg was charged March 10 with possessing child sexual abuse materials. Kendall was free on bail but the newspaper reports he missed a pre-trial conference last week so a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. Kendall was hired in Union County in March of 2025 to serve the 17th Judicial District in Union and Snyder Counties, as a law clerk. He is no longer employed with the county.
