The Daily Item reports a New Jersey woman is wanted in Union County for her involvement in scamming a Kelly Township man. Police say 61-year-old Tonitte Owens of Newark, New Jersey was charge with a felony count of receiving stolen property. The newspaper reports Owens scammed the man out of $42,000 in 2024. The woman allegedly told the victim he won a grand prize of $750,000 and was told to send several checks to claim the prize.
