SELINSGROVE — NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… A Selinsgrove man was charged with animal cruelty for allegedly throwing a small dog off his deck. Police say a neighbor’s camera caught William Dixon in the act of picking up a small dog by its neck and throwing it, according to court documents.
Footage showed Dixon holding the small dog by its neck and then throwing it from the elevated deck’s stairs on which he was standing, according to the affidavit. Police say the dog was thrown down to the ground in an abusive manner.
