COAL TOWNSHIP — The News-Item reports state police seized eight pounds of methamphetamine from a Coal Township home morning. Police also found heroin or fentanyl, cocaine, LSD and amphetamine pills.
Police searched Glen Taormina’s East Dewart Street home during a drug trafficking investigation. Taormina faces five felony possession-with-intent-to-deliver charges. Bail was at $175,000 and Taormina is jailed. The News-Item reports Taormina previously faced drug trafficking cases in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
