NORTHUMBERLAND — The Northumberland County Historical Society will host a Revolutionary War-themed program at Priestley Chapel. Organizers say Dale Wolfe will present “Flintlocks and Rifling Barrels.” The chapel, at 380 Front Street in Northumberland, is air-conditioned.
The speaker series will continue with Chris Yohn on the West Branch and the War for Independence. Brad Backer will present “Following Orders: Revolutionary Drum Cadences” . A Declaration of Independence reenactment and Sunbury City Band concert will follow at Higher Hope Church in Sunbury.
