SUNBURY — The Daily Item reports a Sunbury woman is jailed after police say she fought with officers during a traffic stop. Police say 24-year-old Jasmine Lynch, of Susquehanna Avenue, was taken to Northumberland County Jail on $25,000 cash bail. She faces felony aggravated assault charges after the incident around 2 p.m.
According to the Daily Item, police say the arrest followed what began as a routine traffic stop. Lynch is accused of fighting with two officers before she was taken into custody.
