ELYSBURG — Knoebels Amusement Resort says they are celebrating its 100th anniversary this weekend with special events. Knoebels Amusement Resort says they’ll honor family, tradition, and generations of park memories. The celebration runs July 3 through Sunday at the park in Elysburg.
Knoebels says Friday’s events include a 4 p.m. kickoff parade through the park and a 4:30 p.m. founders statue dedication. Saturday’s signature anniversary ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Hawaiian Bandshell.
Sunday’s events include a 3 p.m. time capsule opening and sealing at the Hawaiian Bandshell. A ribbon cutting for The Rink, the new 100th Anniversary Museum, is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
