Drivers are advised that daily closures will begin next week on Stump Road in Liberty Township, Montour County, for pipe replacements.
Week of
Between and , Stump Road will be closed daily between just west of Mauger Road and Starner Road, while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew relaces deteriorated cross pipes. A detour using Narehood Road and Liberty Valley Road (Route 642) will be in place daily between the hours of 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Week of
Between through , pipe replacements will continue on Stump Road with work progressing west towards Narehood Road (Route 3003).
