HARRISBURG — State Sen. Lynda Schlegel Culver recently honored lifelong Shamokin resident Nick Spock on the Senate floor. Spock is retiring after 32 years of service to the Senate and the people of Pennsylvania.
Spock served as a PennDOT support specialist, helping senators and staff respond to constituent needs. Sen. Culver says he also assisted her office during a recent license plate replacement event in Selinsgrove.
Sen. Culver praised Spock’s professionalism, helpfulness, and attention to detail. His family also surprised him at the Capitol as he was recognized for his years of public service.
