ELYSBURG — A statewide birthday celebration is rolling into Elysburg today as America250PA visits Knoebels Amusement Resort. America250PA says its Countdown to 250 Mobile Experiential Unit will be at Knoebels from 11:30am to 4:30pm.
The mobile unit, powered by Penske, celebrates the country’s 250th birthday and Pennsylvania’s role in the American story. Organizers say the free stop includes photo moments, giveaways, a swag wheel, and information about Commonwealth getaways. Pennsylvania Pursuits and The Commonwealth Chronicles will be featured as well.
The unit will be near the main entrance at Knoebels, 391 Knoebels Boulevard, in Elysburg. Organizers say visitors may also learn about volunteer opportunities tied to the statewide celebration.
