MOUNT CARMEL — A Mount Carmel man faces charges after police say he chased two juveniles with his vehicle and attempted to strike them during an April incident. The News-Item reports Mount Carmel Borough Police responded to the 400 block of East Second Street for reports of criminal mischief.
Police say 42-year-old Jason Dillow admitted following the juveniles because he believed they previously damaged his property.
