NORTHUMBERLAND — Local musicians will gather in Northumberland for a benefit concert supporting construction of a new riverboat for Lake Augusta. The Central Susquehanna Riverboat Society says the “Float My Boat” fundraiser begins at 1pm with music continuing from 1:30pm through 7:30pm.
Organizers say eight acts will perform throughout the day, including Nate Myers and the Aces, Ricky Koons, Hellbenders, and Rebecca Jade. The event will also feature 50/50 drawings and a Chinese auction with items donated by local businesses. Proceeds support the nonprofit’s riverboat construction project.
