LEWISBURG — PennDOT says a road maintenance project will begin Monday on Furnace Road in East Buffalo Township, Union County. Crews will patch, mill, and pave Furnace Road between Old Schoolhouse Road and the Route 15 crossover through May 19.
PennDOT says work will take place weekdays from 6am until 5:30pm, weather permitting. Drivers should expect lane restrictions on Furnace Road and brief closures on Route 15 during milling and paving work at the intersection. Officials say the project includes paving and intersection tie-in work designed to improve roadway conditions in the area. More information is available through 511PA.
