CATAWISSA — WBRE reports that the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash has been identified. The crash happened along Numidia Drive in the township. Columbia County Coroner Jeremy Reese says 34-year-old A. Jay Woodward of Numidia died in the accident.
He pronounced dead at the scene around 5:30pm. Authorities say he was riding without a helmet when he left the roadway and was separated from the motorcycle. Officials say the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
