LEWISBURG — A Lewisburg woman faces charges after a violent domestic incident in East Buffalo Township, Union County. The Daily Item reports police say the victim suffered injuries and hearing loss. Charged is 40-year-old Larissa Pittenger who police say punched, scratched, and strangled her husband during an argument.
Police say the assault happened April 20 on Brook Drive. Officers say the victim had visible injuries and reported temporary hearing loss after being struck. They say he was treated at the scene and later at a hospital. Police charged Pittenger with strangulation, assault, and related offenses. She’s jailed, $10,000 bail.
