Montour County Hosting Public Meetings On Future Plan
DANVILLE — Montour County is inviting residents to weigh in on its long-range comprehensive plan during two public meetings Tuesday. Officials say the sessions will focus on the proposed “Forging the Future” plan, which outlines priorities for growth and development.
The county says meetings are scheduled from 3pm to 5pm at the Administration Building gym, and then 6:30pm to 8pm at the Montour Preserve Visitor’s Center. Officials say the plan will guide decisions on land use, transportation, housing, and recreation. They encourage residents to attend and share feedback.
