Packer Street Closure Begins In Sunbury This Spring
SUNBURY — A stretch of Packer Street in Sunbury will close for months as major infrastructure work resumes this spring. The Daily Item reports the city says the closure will run from Susquehanna Avenue to North Third Street through late fall.
Additionally, Daily Item reports…crews also will mill and pave South Second Street near the Weis Markets offices with flaggers directing traffic. PennDOT plans additional paving from Front and Church streets toward Northumberland with minimal expected impacts.
