The Daily Item reports a data center ordinance for East Buffalo Township will be considered for final approval next month during a public meeting. The newspaper reports the hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m on October 12th in the township meeting room on Fairground Road. The supervisors will consider the ordinance for final approval following that meeting. In the proposal, the newspaper reports data centers are proposed to be permitted in East Buffalo Township’s Industrial Zoning District.
