DANVILLE — The Press Enterprise is reporting… Geisinger Acadia Behavioral Health Center wants the Montour County Coroner to stand down and stop talking about a patient’s death.
You’ll remember the coroner and police are trying to investigate the death of a 31-year-old man at the Geisinger facility. Coroner Scott Lynn publicly complained Geisinger isn’t cooperating with investigation.
The Press Enterprise reports…Acadia is fighting subpoena’s to protect confidentiality. 31-year-old Anthony Fisher died at the facility August 20. Lynn says Fisher appeared to have been dead four to six hours before the center called 9-1-1.
