BLOOMSBURG — A firefighter who survived the World Trade Center attacks will help audiences remember September 11th through storytelling and music. Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg says “Behind the Lines: A 9/11 Story” will be performed September 18th at 7:30 p.m. in Carver Hall.
The production tells the story of FDNY firefighter Bill Spade, the only survivor among 12 members of his company who responded September 11th. Modern Warrior Live combines Spade’s experiences with music from internationally acclaimed trumpeter Dominick Farinacci.
The performance opens the Journey Bank Arts in Bloom Performing Arts Series. More information is available at commonwealth.edu.
