BLOOMSBURG — A developer is warning Bloomsburg could face a multimillion-dollar lawsuit over his proposed data center and energy project. The Press Enterprise reports Matt Zoppetti made the warning after officials canceled an zoning hearing. Town officials deemed Zoppetti’s application incomplete, saying it lacked details about the proposed development is the former Windsor Foods factory. Zoppetti maintains he supplied everything required and believes the town is trying to delay the project. The application was filed before Bloomsburg imposed a six-month moratorium on new data center proposals. Zoppetti has until to appeal the town’s decision.
