11th Avenue Closing for CSVT-Related Repairs
SELINSGROVE — PennDOT says part of 11th Avenue in Monroe Township, Snyder County, will close next week for repairs. The closure begins Monday and continues through August 19. The road will be closed between Park Road and Weatherfield Drive. The main highway will open next year and the Rt. 61 connector in 2028.
Crews will excavate the area and install rock baskets and geotextile to stabilize the embankment. Drivers will be detoured using Route 11, Susquehanna Trail and Park Road. The work is part of the southern section of the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation project.

Airport Road Closing for CSVT Reconstruction
SELINSGROVE — Airport Road in Monroe Township, Snyder County, will close Monday for a reconstruction project tied to the CSVT. PennDOT says the closure continues through August 28. The road will be closed between North Susquehanna Trail and South Old Trail.
Crews will remove the existing roadway, install a new base, pave and paint new lines. The project also includes drainage improvements and new curbs. Drivers will be detoured using North Susquehanna Trail and Washington Avenue. The work is part of the southern section of the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation project.
