SUNBURY — Sunbury Police say they will host one of the National Night Out observances in our region. Tuesday, 5 to 8pm, the free event will be held at the Youth and Community Center. Activities will include free swimming, prizes, police vehicles, and opportunities to meet local officers.
Participants can also race an officer through an obstacle course for prizes. Community groups may set up tables and distribute free items during the event. Registration is required by Sunday, August 2. Food and food truck vendors may sell items, but all other giveaways must be free.
