DANVILLE — A 22-year-old Danville man is jailed after failing to update his sex offender registration. NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… Police say Joseph Kriner missed his required verification period. Danville police began investigating after receiving a request from state police.
Mahoning Township, Montour County, police had encountered Kriner at a local park. Police say Kriner told officers he was homeless. Investigators determined he failed to report during his through verification window. Kriner pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault in 2022 and remains on the registry.
