The Daily Item reports it only took jurors two hours of deliberations to convict Jose David Jusino-Morales of third-degree murder. He admitted to shooting and killing Eliud Marrero-Morales on Market Street in Sunbury in 2023. The newspaper reports Jusino-Morales faces up to 54 years in state prison when he is sentenced. Police say Jusino-Morales was arguing with Marrero-Morales over a woman when he shot him and left the scene.
