PENN TOWNSHIP — State police say a Beaver Springs woman was arrested after an investigation into reports involving two 14-year-old boys from Middleburg. Police say the incident involved dissemination of an intimate image and happened between and , 2025, at a location in Penn Township, Snyder County.
Troopers say they received two ChildLine reports on , 2026, and an investigation followed. Police say 38-year-old Felicia was arrested and arraigned before the on-call district judge in Snyder County. No further details are available.
