The Daily Item reports a Mifflinburg man accused of sexually assaulting a teen denied any wrongdoing during his trial on Tuesday. The newspaper reports 45-year-old Timothy Dowhower took the stand to testify on his own behalf, claiming the sexual assault allegations were made in retaliation against him. State police say Dowhower assaulted the victim at a Lewisburg hotel when she was 14 and 15. The trial continues today.
