UNION COUNTY — NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… A 45-year-old Union County man is jailed after state police say he again failed to update required information under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law registry. State police say that Garan Harrington listed a Delaware Township address where investigators determined he was not living.
Harrington also failed to verify his registration information on time and did not properly list vehicles or employment information. Harrington, who has been on the registry since 2015 following a conviction involving sexual abuse of children, faces several new charges. Court records show he remains in Union County Prison on $40,000 bail.
