SELINSGROVE — NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… Selinsgrove police say two parents face charges after a March crash injured a 3-year-old child. Police say 31-year-old Dillon Farrell of Selinsgrove and 27-year-old Christianna Morgan of Sunbury gave conflicting accounts about how the crash happened.
Investigators say surveillance video showed Morgan backing into an alley before Farrell’s truck struck her car on Water Street. Police say the injured child suffered facial injuries after hitting the dashboard. Another child riding in Farrell’s truck was not hurt. Both adults face reckless endangerment-related charges.
