LEWISBURG — A celebration in Lewisburg next week will highlight the impact of small businesses across the region. The Bucknell University Small Business Development Center will host a National Small Business Week event .
Director Steven Stumbris says they have a number of major events throughout the year, “These events remind us why it’s important to shop small and celebrate how local businesses strengthen our communities.”
He says the gathering runs 10am to noon at the Campus Theatre on Market Street, it will feature local entrepreneurs, community partners, and a showcase of small businesses.
At the event, Cup O Code will receive a major SBDC recognition, the Charles H. Coder Entrepreneurial Leadership Award for innovation and regional impact. More information is available at www.bucknell.edu/sbdc.
