SUNBURY — Charges have been filed following an investigation into the care of horses at a Sunbury property. NorthcentralPA.com reports 33-year-old Samantha Snyder and 56-year-old Edward Snyder face animal cruelty charges involving dozens of horses.
Humane officers say veterinarians raised concerns during a January visit, reporting underweight animals, limited feed, and overcrowded pastures.
