MONTOURSVILLE — PennDOT is reminding drivers of several ongoing road and bridge projects across the region this week.
PennDOT says a traffic signal upgrade takes place this week at Routes 11/15 and Eleventh Avenue in Shamokin Dam. They say drivers can expect lane restrictions, flagging, and changing traffic patterns during installation work.
Officials say a bridge replacement continues at Routes 522 and 235 in Spring Township, Snyder County, with lane restrictions and detours. PennDOT says the project includes width limits and is expected to continue through November.
Finally, PennDOT says lighting work continues along Interstate 180 near Williamsport with minimal traffic impacts. Officials say the two-year highway improvement project is expected to wrap up in fall 2026.
