State police are looking for a man who allegedly punched out a vehicle window during an incident in Middleburg. Troopers say a Richfield man reported his driver side window was punched out by another man during an incident on Route 104 in Franklin Township on Wednesday around 6:30 p.m. He described the suspect as a black male, about 6 feet 4 inches tall and 300 pounds. Troopers say he fled in a possible grey Hyundai Elantra. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at Selinsgrove.
