UNIVERSITY PARK — THON Raises Record $18.8* Million For Kids.
Students inside the Bryce Jordan Center revealed a record-breaking total to close THON 2026. Organizers say the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon raised about $18.8 million. The 46-hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon was held over the weekend.
That total is about $1.1 million more than last year and marks the fifth consecutive single-year fundraising record. THON partners with Four Diamonds to provide emotional and financial support to families impacted by childhood cancer. Organizers say the event has now raised more than $254 million since 1977.
