Susquehanna Valley Technical Institute Opens In Sunbury
SUNBURY — A new career and technical training center is opening its doors in Sunbury next week. Susquehanna Valley Technical Institute will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting Friday, February 27 from 2pm to 4pm along Performance Road.
Officials say the school is newly licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and offers programs in nurse aide, welding and fabrication, and wood manufacturing. Students will prepare for state and national certification exams and earn a diploma from the institute.
