DANVILLE — A reminder…A new piece of public art will be unveiled next week at Canal Park in Danville. The Danville Business Alliance and America250CM will host a ceremony , at 9am to reveal Montour County’s fiberglass bell, part of the statewide Bells Across PA initiative celebrating the nation’s 250th anniversary.
The bell was designed by local artist Dave Tamkus and sponsored by Geisinger. Organizers say the free event will include local leaders, community partners, and light refreshments.
