DANVILLE — A morning of celebration is coming as the Community Giving Foundation hosts its annual Grant Impact Celebration. The event will be held Friday, September 12, from 8:30 to 10:30am at the Pine Barn Inn in Danville. Organizers say the program will feature networking, breakfast, and stories from local nonprofits.
They say they’ll have announcements highlighting the impact of Foundation-funded projects and some news of new funding. Donors and community partners will be honored for their generosity, and leaders will recognize how philanthropy is meeting needs across the Foundation’s 5½-county service region.
The Community Giving Foundation manages more than 375 funds and distributes over $3 million annually to support nonprofit programs and educational opportunities for students
