Jayme Dunkelberger
Director of Sales and Finance
Jayme is the Director of Sales & Finance at Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation with responsibility for revenue generation and financial management, and serves as the Sales Manager for the Team of Account Executives. Jayme also serves as the Secretary and Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation since 2008.
Previously, Jayme has worked as the Deputy Controller of Northumberland County, as a Business Development Coordinator for a Harrisburg Engineering Firm, and as a Regional Sales Manager for a computer software company in State College.
A native of Northumberland, Jayme still resides there with her husband Justin, and their two children Caden and Caitlyn. She is also a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In her free time, Jayme enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and going to Penn State football games.
Peggy Rathfon, C.R.M.C
Senior Account Executive
Since the 80′s, Peggy has brought results to many clients using marketing plans designed for each business. Her love of cooking, juicing, metaphysical studies and simplicity are just some of the things that make her tick. She gets much satisfaction from stories, music, spirited debates and old wise sayings because of their ability to get directly to the point. She lives in Selinsgrove and has been blessed with a wonderful family and many good friends.
Alexa Lockcuff
Account Executive
Alexa has worked in sales and service industries for over 15 years. Combine this with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a deep passion for music, and Sunbury Broadcasting is the perfect fit! Alexa is excited to help clients grow their businesses and achieve their marketing objectives.
Alexa resides in Shamokin Dam with her husband and two children. In her free time, Alexa enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, playing cards, shooting pool, traveling, and going to concerts.
Kevin Herr
Account Executive
Kevin joins the Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation Marketing Team with 25 years in broadcasting. He’s been a part of the Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation family for 19 years serving as an announcer, and most recently as the Operations Manager. Coming from a programming, Kevin knows our stations listeners and programming very well. He can help you find the program, station and opportunity that will help to grow your business. You’ll still find Kevin on the Steve Jones Show from 3 to 5 weekdays on WKOK, broadcasting Shikellamy football and basketball on WKOK, Bucknell Football on Eagle 107 and from time to time as a guest host on WKOK’s live talk show On The Mark. He’s a resident of Danville where he lives with his wife and son. Kevin is active in the community with the Danville Business Alliance, SRI, SPARC, as a Little League Umpire and Coach and coaches youth football in Danville (Shikellamy fans forgive him for that….for now).
Jessica Newell

Jessica grew up just outside of New Castle, PA. She graduated from IUP with a Bachelors in Marketing, and a Minor in Vocal Performance. She met her husband, Dave while in Indiana PA and moved to the DuBois area. They have two children, Maddie and jack.
She loves to read, listen to music, and sing in her spare time. She started selling when she was a child at family events and opened a beauty stand on the sidewalk when she was 7!
While at college, she interned at the Jimmy Stuart Museum. She has several years of experience including Management and Visual Display.
Kayla Sassaman
Account Executive-Special Projects Executive
Kayla was scooped up by Sunbury Broadcasting not long after she graduated Lycoming College with a degree in both English and Music. Prior to this, she had the joy of working two summers as a Promotions Assistant with all of the talented personalities. Kayla joined the team with a passion towards partnering with businesses to help them grow to their highest potential. She moved back from Williamsport to her native Selinsgrove and spends her time playing piano, singing, and spending time with her beautiful family and friends.
