Kit Sisson will offer free instruction in tai chi, a traditional Chinese “soft style” martial art, at the Public Library for Union County on Wednesday, December 7 and Wednesday, December 21 at 1:00 p.m.
Tai chi has been called a kind of moving meditation and has been shown by many studies to be an effective but gentle form of exercise for people of all ages. Register to attend by calling 523-1172 or by visiting the Public Library for Union County at 255 Reitz Boulevard in Lewisburg.
