“Celebrate the Valley” 5K Run/Walk
On Saturday, May 25, 2013, Susquehanna Valley Preschool will celebrate 40 years of “education with enthusiasm” in the greater Selinsgrove area with its sixth annual “Celebrate the Valley” 5K.

Registration:
Registration and the race start/finish will be at the Rotary Fields on Broad St. in Selinsgrove. Parking is available at Selinsgrove Area High School and in the surrounding neighborhoods. The start location is NEW this year although the course will remain predominantly the same.
Awards:
Awards will be given to the overall male and female finishers in the 5K race. Age group awards will also be awarded.
• 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
NEW THIS YEAR: Timing and awards will be provided by parunners.org. The race will be chip timed with instant results.
Cost: 5K cost is $20 if registered before May 1, and $25 afterwards. All preregistered participants of the 5K will receive a sized T-shirt. All other T-shirts will be on a first come first serve basis.
Course:
The course begins at the Rotary Fields in Selinsgrove and cuts through the Selinsgrove School District campus. It then follows along 18th Street in Selinsgrove. It then loops through the beautiful campus of Susquehanna University before ending back at the Rotary Field.
