1.  No purchase is necessary to play or win contests on Eagle 107.
2.  Winners of a prize from Eagle 107 must wait 30 days until they can try to win again.
3.  Winning is limited to one person, per household (living at the same address) for 30 days.
4.  Winners are determined by a random drawing of all eligible entries sent to Eagle 107, or by correct caller to Eagle 107 as determined by Eagle 107 air personality.
5.  Substitute prizes, or cash value of prizes will NOT be awarded.
6.  The following are NOT eligible to participate in contests and/or win prizes from Eagle 107:
-Employees of Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation, and their immediate families
-Employees of other radio companies, their parent companies, and their immediate families
-Employees of companies sponsoring, or participating in the promotion of, the contest
7.  The winner of any prize from Eagle 107 is responsible for any and all taxes associated with that prize.
8.  All prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9.  All prizes are held for 30 days from the date they're won.  After 30 days, the prize is no longer available for pick up.
10.  Winners must make arrangements to pick up their prize within 30 days of the date it's won.  Prizes can only be picked up during normal business hours, 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday at our studios at RR # 2 County Line Road, Selinsgrove, PA.
 
These rules apply to all contests played on WEGH, unless a separate list of rules is provided for a specific contest.  Sunbury Broadcasting reserves the right to amend and/or change these rules as they see fit.  These rules do not expire, and were last updated on 1-1-02.
